FITNESS SESSIONS

Not only do we focus on football development but unlike other academies we focus on fitness as well. This is where our separate fitness training sessions comes in. No footballs are needed here, we just focus on fitness, 50% of football is down to fitness.

Dedicated 1-2-1 training

If you wish to have dedicated 1-2-1 coaching separate from the academy training, we also provide this option for you.
